Catching the bus has given me the chance to get some long overdue exercise that I probably would not otherwise be making the time for.
Walking to and from the bus stop near home and the one near work, I at least get about 15 minutes of exercise in the morning and another 15 minutes in the afternoon.
While not the most ideal amount exercise, (definitely should be more!), it's better than none at all.
